Can’t edit Pro Clubs character

I’m trying to edit my pro clubs characters appearance and whenever I try change the gender, head preset or anything about my character it comes up with *PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR whenever I click advance. 
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled last night and it still didn’t work. Even when there was maintenance last  night you’d think they’d fix it but nah.

anyone know how I can fix this issue?
