Hey all, can you provide a little more info as to just what is happening?

For three days now I’ve received the message
‘connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu’.
i know other people affected by this issue and also people that aren’t. As you can imagine this is putting not only me, but also my circle of friends off playing the game, or heading to the store.
You may think this is a small issue affecting only a few people but I am proof that the word spreads fast amongst friends and nobody in their right mind is going to the store if there’s a risk of them or their friends being locked out of ultimate team.
I’ve lost the opportunity to complete many objectives in the tournaments of recent days. Will there be any compensation? If not, I think you’re gonna lose a whole bunch of customers.
i just want access to the service I’ve paid for and invested in. That shouldn’t be too much to ask. How can ultimate team be down for three days? How?
