Remove the 60 FPS limiter FC 26
Hey guys, I found a limiter in the game's text file. If you're experiencing a 60 FPS limit, check this feature immediately. Look at my screenshot and carefully check your settings, especially the line where TARGET_FRAME_RATE defaults to 60 FPS. YOU NEED TO SET IT TO "0" so that the FPS is based on your game settings and your monitor's support. To find the settings, press Win + R, then %localappdata%, then the EA Sports FC 26 folder, and then find fcsetup.ini. Change the desired values and save. IMPORTANT! After saving the changes to fcsetup.ini, right-click it and check the "read-only" box in the properties and save. Hey I don’t know if it’s just me experiencing this, but it’s been happening to only the gauntlet modes where if I finish the match or make someone quit, it keeps me out saying ea servers can’t process my request and it kicks me out of ultimate team. When I keep my objectives for the mode it doesn’t register that I played, won or even scored. I posted this issue already in the ultimate team post and commented on ea’s instagram. I don’t believe I can even get the rewards from ultimate gauntlet mode since it leaves tomorrow so please ea can you fix my account or the servers? By the way can you look into my pack luck, I don’t know if it’s bugged or what, but compared to everyone else I only get 88 and Rodri as my walkouts. It’s been almost 5 months since release and Ea hasn’t resolved the unstable connection issue in South Africa . Despite many threads and complaints . The ea managers have shown no interest in resolving this matter . This is because it’s the African server and not Europe/Usa . We are not valued as customers . A simple issue that’s causing jitter in each game is going ignored . Thousands spent on the game each year and this is the customer service we receive. This is occurring on every platform and every ISP . i have changed ISP’s and this has costed me thousands . No feedback on the matter from community managers . First issue: After the update, the game’s online modes have become unplayable. Whenever I join a match, everything is normal for about 5 seconds, and then suddenly there’s massive input delay, making it impossible to play. This issue has only started happening after the latest update. Second issue: I’m playing the first half with a stable 60 FPS, and everything is fine. But as soon as the second half starts, the FPS drops to around 15. I’ve already tried deleting my profile, but it didn’t help. What could be causing this problem? I can’t play FUT Champs because of these issues — ever since the new update, everything has become messy and unstable. Ever since the last two updates I’ve been having constant lagging and freezing issues on my PS5 while playing all modes in FC26 Ultimate Team aside from squad battles. Many are complaining about the same issue on PC but as a PS5 user I am having the same issue. Now, I can’t play the game because at times it freezes up to 6 seconds the speeds up to resume the gameplay. Unplayable without a fix and that being said I can’t play rivals/champs or anything that requires playing apart from squad battles. I got a loss after winning my weekendleague game. The game even ended. I had no problems while playing the game... so strange and frustrating... is this a server issue? I guess that we can't get compensation for those server issues? When I try to play the Future Stars Youth Cup, I get the message: “There was an error creating your game session. Please try again.” This only happens with the Future Stars Youth Cup — all other game modes work fine (Rivals, Squad Battles, other cups, etc.).
