Lost online connection
I haven't been able to connect to the FC 26 servers on PS5 for about 7 hours and thus cannot access all online content like Ultimate Team and whatnot. The companion app seems to work completely fine and only facing issues with FC26, other games are working fine. I have tried and am still attempting all methods to solve it, including but not limited to Used both wireless and wired connections Restarting the console Restoring FC26 license Changing DNS servers Reinstalled the game Disabling EA account 2-Factor Authentication Please let me know if you are encountering similar issues and have a potential solution, thanks!24Views1like0Comments“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.”
I have had this message since 11 May. Steps I have taken to no avail: Restored license. Rebooted console. Deleted and reinstalled game. Turned off 2FA. Created and made active a new squad in the app. You cannot login to the app with 2FA off. It forces you to turn it on when logging in having turned it off. My console is a PS5. Anyone else? When user tries to load into Club, this error is present. I tried to resolve myself unsuccessful by restarting system and router. Even tried connect to a different network and updating the dns server all unsuccessfully. I am able to access and play other game modes without issue.Solved361Views0likes5Comments
