Can’t login.

Question

My Penalty History is clear and the ToS case is closed. I believe there is an entitlement/sync issue preventing my game client from seeing the updated status.

I recently sent a registered letter to EA Headquarters, which was received and signed for yesterday. This morning, I noticed that case #241782542 has been marked as closed. I also checked my penalty history, which appears to have been cleared, suggesting that my ban has been lifted.

However, I’m still unable to log in to my account. From what I’ve found, this may be due to a synchronization issue.

Could you please perform a forced synchronization on my account so I can regain access and play again?

Hi there. Thanks for getting in touch. If your ban was lifted, it might take a day before you're able to play again. Unfortunately, this isn't something we can check on for you. Please open a case with an advisor so they can take a look at your account. That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!

hello Aljo, thanks for the quick response. i’ve made a live chat earlier but constantly got the same reply “it still says your banned” after doing some digging it seems to be a problem with synchronisation. which would need a Forced sync, is there anywhere i could request one? :)

i also can’t make a new ticket, since when i try the only way i can for what i see is through penalty history, since nothing shows up because the case got closed and the ban got removed i have no way of asking for a forced account synchronisation
