Cannot access Ultimate Team on PS5, Companion App works

Hello,

I have a problem with Ultimate Team in FC 26 on PS5.

Every time I try to enter Ultimate Team on console, I get a connection error and I am returned to the main menu.

Important details:

  • Companion App works normally
  • Transfer Market works in the app
  • Other accounts can access Ultimate Team on the same PS5
  • I tested different internet connections
  • Cleared cache
  • Restored licenses
  • Deleted local save data
  • Disabled Login Verification (2FA)

The issue only affects my account on console.

Could someone from EA/community team please check if there is a stuck UT session, restriction, or account-side issue?

    Hey there. Thanks for getting in touch. This is a relatively common issue. One solution that has been really successful is using the web/companion app to delete all your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try to load in to UT. Let me know if that works or not. Good luck!
