Cannot connect to Server

Question

Recently, I always encounter connectivity issue when accessing UT mode. It shows me "You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Serves. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more."
I try to reboot router and restart the game and PS5 but still get the error message. I check the connection in my PS5, it is alol good. Also, it does not have any problem when playing other PS5 games. Please fix my problem ASAP. I sincerely hope my issue can be fixed or else I will lose my joy in playing Fc26

Exact same issue here in Hong Kong as well. I tried for over an hour and still see the same message. Please fix asap

Ya, I'm HK player and also encounter this issue since 18-Feb. I can only access UT mode in every morning (HKT 0800 - 0900). Other time slots are unavailable to play online mode. Hopefully EA can solve the problem permanently.&nbsp;

ok so im not the only one. this is frigging insane, CLS for real. HK player here as well, i have literally uninstalled the game and reinstall, unplug and plug my network cables hundred times....
