cannot log to my account on console ps5

i cannot log to my account on console (connecting to ultimate team is not possible at moment you will returned to the main menu

Hi there. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, try again. You may need to also create an empty squad. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Do I need to delete the whole squad, or just some of them?

    Delete all your squads. Again, not the players, just the squads. If that doesn't work, create a new squad, but don't put any players in it.
