Cannot play anymore

I have tried to play fc26 but every time and I mean every time I try to claim

my rewards because i have an 88 x11 pack to open when i try it it says I have rewards to claim and its a evolution but every time I try to open it and claim it it says there was a problem with ultimate team pls help
