Do you remember what you were doing before these errors accessing UT started for you? When did it start?
While using the Companion app or the Web app, did you make sure to leave a new, empty squad set active and only configure it back in-game later?
In the meantime, if you have tried to enter UT too many times in a row, it might also help to stop trying for up to 24 hours.
Sometimes, performing the same action too many times in a short period can trigger soft locks in the game, due to our security systems against bots and automations.
