Can't modify national teams

Well, the issue with national teams is still present.  I can't swap positions on a national team.  This bug has been there for several years!  Can't save an adjusted team sheet and can't swap player positions.  It just makes the sound effect of changing but does nothing.  With all the bragging about "We listened", why can't they fix a multi-year issue?  So frustrating.  Between that and the lack of national teams it makes a World Cup impossible.  With this lineup bug I won't be using national teams at all.
