Career Mode - Contracts Issue

most of my players want to discussion their wages and in some cases the players are not letting me discuss their wages and then they are wanting to leave.

e.g I signed a new contract with Salah and then a week letter he wants to discuss his wages ages and now he wants to leave and has handed in his transfer request which I can’t do anything about.

This is so annoying and will probably make me not want to play the game if I can’t get it sorted as I will have to start a new career again if he leaves.

Please fix this? Thank you
