Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a frustrating bug in Manager Career Mode and wanted to see if anyone else has run into this, or if the EA team is already aware of it. Basically, I have a "France Youth Scout Mission Completed" notification permanently stuck on my main Central hub. It just won't go away, no matter what I do.

When I click the stuck notification on the main menu, it opens a completely glitched "Youth Staff | Scout Report" screen. The scout report is entirely empty with no players. Additionally, the location text displays as (null) and the country flag icon is replaced by a missing texture box reading "NOT FOUND". If I navigate to the Academy tab and check my Youth Scouts manually, the system works fine, but doing so still doesn't clear the stuck notification from the Central hub.

I'm attaching a short video (IMG_2307.mov) and a screenshot (image.png) so you can see exactly what this glitch looks like. Has anyone else experienced this specific issue or found any workaround to force the notification to clear?
