Clubs - Matchmaking failed error

I've been trying to join a single match for the past 12 hours in clubs, currently in division 1 middle east servers. It keeps saying "matchmaking failed", is there an issue with the servers or is it ...

My club has PC and Xbox have all same issue that we can't join any Pro club match after last update !! Region Europe & Middle East .

 

Please do something to fix it urgently.
