Clubs - Matchmaking failed error

I've been trying to join a single match for the past 12 hours in clubs, currently in division 1 middle east servers. It keeps saying "matchmaking failed", is there an issue with the servers or is it ...

FC 26 Pro Clubs Middle Eastern servers are down when playing league matches. Every other game mode works. Is it because of the current war?
