clubs character not saving

hi guys 

so whenever i try to edit my Clubs character E.g change hair or change name or accessories etc a message goes on the screen saying exactly: *PRO_CLUBS_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR

i can edit anything else like my archetype and my club kits or change the clubs ai character appearance but my character just never seems to be able to save.

i tried restarting my game, checking connections and all the obvious technical stuff, that’s all fine, i even uninstalled then installed back but nothing seems to work

does anyone have some help regarding my issue?
