Re: Not able to stay connected to EA servers - Jio Fiber

I have tried everything changed my router settings, tried all the fix online but my error doesn’t go away. Also tried reinstalling and ps5 bios settings.

But I tried playing the game from my friends plays it works fine. So I guess it’s my ip issue. I did contact my wifi provider they say everything good from their end. In addition, the game menu feels laggy but while in-game no delay.

how do I fix it

    Same issue..Started happening from last weekend.

    Are you using Jio Fiber?

    I think it's Jio fiber issue.. because I can't connect on UT since Sunday with wifi..

    Yeah seems like that. I have filed a complaint with them. Let’s see if that helps to fix it. I am not confident they exactly understand what my exact issue is. I would suggest you guys to raise compliant with them for this. If you’re able to get this fixed somehow, please post what exactly they changed to fix it.

    I am not sure,  the jio support staff really know anything about this.. but for me, i can connect to companion app with my wifi but not on PS5.. and even with Hotspot, ultimate team is disconnecting..

  • That's crazy its an issue with your providers.  I'll bring this thread to the EA folks so they are aware.

    If you are able to log in to the companion app, create a new squad with no players delete all your other squads then try again to log in to UT. This might work I saw it recommended by another player in another post however, I can't test it myself.

    Hey everyone!

    Thanks for flagging this to us. I can ask our team to look into these connection issues as well but judging from the comments here, it might really be specific to Jio Fiber.

    Could I get you all to clarify what ISP you're using as well as your country?

    Hi, In my original post made months ago I described the exact process which lead to me receiving the error message 'connecting to UT is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu'. In that post I tested using WIFI and hotspot both did not work. I fully rebuilt the system cache and database on PS5 and it did not work. The only solution was to wait for gauntlet 3 to end and then I could log back in. ISP is Virgin Media based in the UK but as I tested this appears to be more of an EA account issue linked to a bug in Gauntlet mode progression.

    Not sure if my experience is similar to others as I had this problem during gauntlet 3 and have avoided playing gauntlet mode since so I could not be locked out of UT again.

    Jio Fiber - IndiaEA_Vendcera​ 

    There was no issue at all before last weekend.

    I do not understand what exactly has changed and why the issue is only with Ultimate Team. I can connect to EA servers in general without any problem and can play Clubs and Season online matches.

    Why is this issue only related to Ultimate Team servers?

    Please request your team to look into this because many players are reporting the same issue on EA Forum, Reddit, X, etc.

    Facing exact same thing. Jio Fiber might be an issue but it's not even opening on hotspot

    Same problems here: like my team is in slomo, lagging and  one week ago no problems.

    i have no jio fiber.

    last update was not good for PC players
