Don’t have pro clubs and season pass is unavailable

I bought the TOTY edition and when I try play pro clubs it says “unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.” My internet is fine ive tried a lot of different things to try fix this like uninstall and re-install and restart my Xbox and nothing seems to work

With the season pass I try to go on it and it’s just a blank screen

if anyone can tell me if it’s happing to them or help me this I’d be really thankful
