Hi everyone,
I’ve been unable to access Ultimate Team in EA FC 26 for more than 26 hours now.
Every time I try to enter FUT, I get this message:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”
My internet connection is perfectly stable, and I can play other modes (Kick Off, Clubs) without any issues.
The problem started after the game crashed several times during online matches — the crashes were not caused by my connection or quitting the game.
I already submitted two support requests through EA Help, but they don’t appear in “My Cases.”
I also reached out via Twitter and Discord but haven’t received an answer yet.

It’s been more than a full day — this looks like a stuck restriction or a system flag that didn’t reset.
Could someone from the EA team please check my account status or escalate this case?
