Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing severe and consistent FPS drops in FC26, dropping down to 10 FPS or lower during matches from the very start and throughout the entire game. System Specifications: CPU: Intel Core i5 12th Generation GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 (Laptop) RAM: 16GB Storage: SSD Platform: Steam (latest update) Troubleshooting Already Done: Updated GPU drivers Set NVIDIA as default GPU in Control Panel Lowered all in-game graphics settings to minimum Verified game files integrity on Steam Set Windows power plan to High Performance Disabled all background applications Tested on both internal and external monitor Important Note: Other demanding games such as Red Dead Redemption 2 run perfectly stable on this same hardware. This confirms the issue is specific to FC26 and not a hardware or configuration problem. This issue has been widely reported by other RTX 3050 laptop users and appears to be an engine-level or optimization issue on EA's side. I’m extremely frustrated with the current EA Javelin anti-cheat implementation. The game crashes with 0xC0000005, while every other application and game on my PC works normally. The issue appears to be related to the anti-cheat conflicting with legitimate software such as VPN/virtual network adapters, which I need for work. This is unacceptable from a user experience perspective. A paying customer should not have to troubleshoot Windows services, drivers, Secure Boot, VPN adapters, and event logs just to launch a football game. If the anti-cheat blocks or crashes the game, it should clearly explain which exact component is causing the issue instead of failing with vague errors like “Faulting module unavailable.” Please improve EA Javelin diagnostics and compatibility. Right now, the anti-cheat feels like the main problem, not the solution. I got FC26 a few months ago and since then the game will boot up the anti cheat screen then open the EA app I had a friend log into my steam and try launching it and it worked just fine for him so I know its not an account issue I got curious and reinstalled Madden24 since it used the same anticheat and it didnt work but I can play Battlefield 6 and the new Skate just fine but EA sports games seem to have an issue I've done almost everything basic and complex but nothing changes it I've actually gotten 2 1/2 hours on the game just through the splash screen I can't find any answers please help.99Views1like2CommentsClubs: Unable to access EA servers error message
Platform - PC Timestamp (including time zone) - 2026-05-13 18:52:01 (GMT) Game version - EA FC 26 PC Game mode - Clubs Potential steps to reproduce the issue - From main menu, select Clubs, the message "Unable to access EA Servers" is displayed Able to access all other game modes and play online Issue came today after update. Clubs was working fine till yesterday Restarted router, game, PC, repaired game, cleared cache, unlinked steam account and still issue persists. Note: When I initially started game today after update was unable to connect to ea server at all and access any online game mode but after clearing EA cache was able to connect to ea server on starting and access other games but clubs still saying unable to access ea servers. Please, how can I fix this? I've changed my DNS, reset my router, and checked my internet speed. Everything is stable, but I still can't log in. Every time I try to log in, it fails. During Both Online and offline games, in Clubs and just online friendlies, the game freezes for 0.5 to 15 seconds and then speeds up to catch up. Only the gameplay freezes totally, during the freeze i can access the menu and control the player (move around and request passes) but the screen is frozen. In Clubs the freeze is resolved by itself by speedup and in online friendlies pausing does the job. The issue here is disk usage which, during the freeze, spikes from minimal to 100% in the performance tab (TASK MANAGER), but in processes the disk usage is stuck at 50% and the biggest disk user is "System" with only 2mbps. The game is downloaded through steam on SSD. PC energy settings is on high performance. Sysmain is off. Game files are validated, no other big background processes except discord , steam and Nvidia. THESE FIXES worked a bit since it was 3-4 times per clubs match and now its 1-2. The graphics are Low, resolution- HD, and fps is limited to 60hz. Specs ; RTX3060 12gb , ram 32gb (Not even half is used), intel Core i7 11700k, SSD- Patriot P210 512gb (120gb is free) , CONNECTION via Ethernet so NOT A NETWORK PROBLEM. "Hi, I'm having an issue launching EA Sports FC 26 on PC. I purchased the game through Steam. Every time I try to launch it, the EasyAntiCheat briefly runs but then the game immediately closes and sends me back to the EA App with no error message. I have tried the following steps but nothing worked: Verified game files on Steam Repaired EasyAntiCheat service Reinstalled EA App completely Uninstalled and reinstalled FC26 Ran everything as administrator Updated Windows and all drivers Launched from both Steam and EA App directly The game shows as installed in my EA App library but it never launches.
