FC 26 PC/Steam Stuttering Lag - Potential FIX
Hi all, Just wanted to share a potential fix for anyone experiencing all this lag and stuttering when playing fc 26 on steam. I was barely able to get through a few minutes in game before I gave up and quit, let alone get into goal scoring distance, but now I've just done a game, no lag, no stuttering, won 3-0 before the first half before the opponent quit. Here is what I did.... Ingame settings: Max Frame Rate 60FPS VSync: Off NVIDIA Control panel settings for fc26 VSync: On This may not work for you, but it did for me :) good luck!

Hey everyone, i have lag on fc 26 pc in offline and online my laptop cpu i7 13620h gpu rtx 5060 ram 16 gb ddr5 monitor 165 hz I’m facing serious input lag in FC 26 on PC. I’ve tried everything (in-game settings, Steam Overlay/Input disabled, drivers updated, reinstall), but nothing fixes it. I’ve contacted EA support (Case ID: 236513423), and they confirmed it will be escalated, but the problem persists and is severely affecting gameplay. I’m posting here so that: other players know about the issue if anyone has found a workaround, they can share it hopefully, EA sees the pressure from the community to resolve it quickly Has anyone else faced this? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated!This game is so broken
classic frame-pacing / hitching i think. my game is unplayable i had to stop playing pro clubs today due to how bad the performance has been I've been dealing with this issue for months look at the screenshot my players when moving will have terrible graphics and fluidity feels like i'm playing 30ps and 30hz this also happens in the lobby and i'll have to restart my game multiple times and no it's not my settings also my settings change most times i play which is equally as frustrating these issues need to be resolved immediately! it's becoming a nuance to play fc26 and I love football,

Hi everyone, EA FC 26 crashes (closes unexpectedly) during PvP because EA AntiCheat’s driver eaanticheat.sys never installs on Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.4349 / 6899), showing Error 87 when trying to start the service. I’m having a persistent issue with EA FC 26 on PC that completely prevents me from playing online (PvP) modes. The EA AntiCheat service fails to start because the driver file eaanticheat.sys never installs. Symptoms: EA FC 26 crashes during PvP matches (e.g., Rivals, Ultimate Team). Closing the game without a fault on-screen, as if you were to press ALT+F4, that's how its closing down. Event Viewer shows: Faulting application: eaanticheat.gameservice.exe Faulting module: ntdll.dll Exception code: 0xc0000374 EA AntiCheat service cannot start manually, with this error: Windows could not start the EAAntiCheatService service on Local Computer. Error 87: The parameter is incorrect No eaanticheat.sys file is present in C:\Windows\System32\drivers or C:\Program Files\EA\AC. System Details: Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.4349) - Have also been on Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.6899) trying the same steps and trouble shooting but downgraded to a previous version to see if that would work but to no avail. EA AntiCheat version 10.0.14379.0 Memory Integrity tested both ON and OFF Antivirus: AVG (tested disabled) Troubleshooting already done: Full clean Windows reinstall Reinstalled EA AntiCheat multiple times (Admin mode, Safe Mode, all drives tested) Disabled Memory Integrity, antivirus, and background services Ran sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth → both clean Tried manual service creation via sc create → fails with “The system cannot find the file specified” ALL of my drivers are up to date. Provided EA with my DxDiag and they confirmed no faults. Spoke to EA regarding everything and after following all of their troubleshooting options I have been left unable to play and with them unable to provide a fix. Current Status: EA AntiCheat driver never installs → service fails to start → PvP modes crash (closes) consistently. Everything else, to my knowledge in Ultimate Team (offline / Squad Battles) runs fine. EA have been made aware and have opened a 'Ticket', which they have now CLOSED as they are unable to provide any further assistance. They have said that this issue has been escalated to the 'Game Team' who will now work on a potential fix, however sadly this isn't guaranteed! Request: Can EA confirm if EA AntiCheat currently supports Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.4349) & Windows 11 24H2 (build 26100.6899), as I would like to go back to the up to date software update and if there’s a working installer or fix to correctly deploy the eaanticheat.sys driver? Any help from other users or EA staff would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
My game is crashing in the launcher
The problem im having is not being able to launch the game probably when i try to do so it just shuts down. I have tried to turn down fps and V-sync, verify game files, turned on memory integrity aswell as use the anti cheat tool to remove and boot the game after. The last method got this to pop up on the Ea app.. I have waited 6 hours and its still the same message.

Respect to the entire FC 26 gaming community 🖖 To get started, go to the NVidia App and configure the following settings: 1. Set the refresh rate slightly lower than your display's maximum frame rate (for example, if your monitor is 144 FPS, but you set it manually to 140 FPS). This will eliminate lag and stuttering in the game. 2. Set LOW Latency Mode to ULTRA. 3. Set Power Management Mode to mostly maximum performance. 4. Disable Vertical Sync completely. 5. Enable Texture Filtering - Anisotropic Sample Optimization. 6. Enable Texture Filtering - Trinilear Optimization. 7. Phys X - your discrete graphics card (NVIDIA/AMD) Second, launch the game and set the DISPLAY settings: 1. Competitive everywhere 2. Refresh rate - your monitor's refresh rate (e.g., 144 fps) 3. Full Frame Rate - Unlimited 4. Vsync - Disable 5. Render Scale - 100 6. Dynamic Resolution Target - your display's refresh rate (e.g., 144 fps) 7. Dynamic Resolution Scale - Disable In the GRAPHICS tab: 1. Motion blur - Disable 2. Hair movement - optionally disable. Let me know if this helped. A couple of days ago, I was disconnected from a Rush lobby and the player I had selected got "stuck" there. Now, he is unable to be placed in any active squad. I have tried deleting the squad, creating a new one, and even attempting to quick-sell the player via the EA Companion Web App, but nothing fixes the situation. Has anyone found a workaround for this, or am I stuck waiting for a server refresh?I’ve already tried talking directly to EA Support, but they were unable to help.
