Community ManagerHello. As a test, can you try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot? It would be good to try a different connection than your home network. Again, this is only as a test. If it works, it is not meant to be a permanent solution. Thank you.
I have this same issue the connection works on mobile Hotspot but not woth my wired connection. Wired connection works with everything else except EA. Hotspot is too unstable to play the game...
Community ManagerHi there. Would you also be able to try it over a wireless connection? My assumption is that it won't work either, but would be good to rule that out. If you can connect on wireless, then the problem is with your wired connection. If doesn't work, then this is an issue you'll need to take up with your ISP since something on their end appears to be blocking access.
