Hello I am also having the same problem it has been 3 weeks for me same issue. I have also tried almost everything I have even cleared cache and rebuilt database even. Nothing is working. I am on the verge of giving up on this guys. Please help. :(((

Hi there. Let's see if power cycling your equipment will help. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
- Plug in your modem/router and restart your console
Try playing again and let me know what happens. Thanks!
