74780305 Try checking your IPv setting on your router. This should be set to IPv4 and not IPv6. If that's not something you have access to, please contact your ISP. They should be able to look into it. Thanks!
The "chat bot" on the contact us link only pushes me to existing, unhelpful articles - I cannot open a case

Thanks for trying. Unfortunately, it sounds like chat isn't available for this issue.

I've tried all of the possible "fixes" documented in the articles and reviewed numerous conversations on here for solutions.
Nothing changed at my end before this error occured.

Thanks again. Appreciate you trying. At this point, I'm out of ideas. Have you tried talking to your ISP to see if they're noticing any issues?
