The "chat bot" on the contact us link only pushes me to existing, unhelpful articles - I cannot open a case

Have you tried using alternate DNS settings? Those instructions are in this article.
I've tried all of the possible "fixes" documented in the articles and reviewed numerous conversations on here for solutions.
Nothing changed at my end before this error occured.
