I normally hotspot the console using laptop. On the console the IPv is on 4, not 6. What is ISP?
Concern raises when I connect using mobile data and not wifi it connects and I can play without no "the connection to your opponent has been lost"

Can you use a wired connection instead? Playing over a hotspot or wireless will have connection issues.
Your ISP is your Internet Service Provider. If you lease your modem/router from them, you may not have access to the settings of your equipment so they may need to make this change. You can also try doing a web search on the model of your modem/router for those instructions.
