Connection issues to EA servers

I can't connect to EA servers to access my Ultimate team account at all on my console. I have tried restarting my router, game and console but it still does not work. I can access the webapp on my phone and computer but I cannot play the game at all. I have deleted it and redownloaded it and it still does not work.
