Connection issues

Due to server issues I was unable to complete collecting 9 tokens for use in swaps. I wanted to collect all 9 of them, but was unable to due to the game kicking me out of Ultimate Team every time I finished a match, despite it letting me start matches normally. Due to this I was unable to finish collecting all 9 tokens, and I'd like to be reimbursed for the time I spent on trying to collect them all. Game modes I was unable to finish are: Brazilian-only squad, first owner in squad battles and online Premier League.
