Consistent DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED Crash Mid-Match RTX 4070 Ti

Hi everyone. I am experiencing a very frustrating issue and could really use some help. While playing, usually right in the middle of a match, the game freezes and throws the DirectX error DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED before crashing to the desktop. I am using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. It specifically happens in the middle of a match, completely ruining the experience. I have already used DDU in Safe Mode to completely wipe my graphics drivers and did a fresh clean install of the latest NVIDIA drivers. Unfortunately the issue still persists. This problem is strictly isolated to this game. I play other heavy games without any crashes, DirectX errors, or stability issues whatsoever. Has anyone with a similar setup managed to fix this? Any help or suggestions regarding in-game settings, registry tweaks, or hardware settings would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for gathering the DxDiag report. Here are some suggestions:

    Disable the following:

    • NVIDIA Overlay / ShadowPlay
    • Discord Overlay
    • Steam Overlay
    • MSI Afterburner OSD
    • Rivatuner Statistics Server
    • Xbox Game Bar
    • Overwolf

Remove all GPU overclocks. Reset the Core Clock and the Memory Clock to stock. If they are already stock, test an undervolt or power limit. Try 90% power limit.

Try disabling DLSS Frame Generation. Set FG OFF and Reflex ON only.

Cap the FPS to 120. If you're using 144/165 Hz, cap it at 141.

Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Hi there. Thanks for getting in touch about this. I'll try to help get you playing again. First, can you get me a DxDiag report? I'll go over this for any issues that might be causing the crash. Instructions for gathering the report can be found here. Just attach it to a response. Thanks!
