I always thought ea cares about its customers and would do anything possible to make their experience with these games better. Instead it sounds like if not enough people report the issue im getting told to fu and thank you for giving us money for a gsme I cant play.

Community ManagerHey Louis1210 understand the frustration but getting rude or dismissive won't help. What you have linked a a couple of similar issues that may or may not be the same as yours. In those you link they mention that the sound causes the game to lag which does not seem to be something you see as you've made no mention of it.
Just because someone issues sound similar does not make this the case. And the thing is, before we can escalate something to the FC team we need to gather certain information and a single report of an issue like this generally points to something system side rather than game. That you still have it when you mute all in-game sounds would point towards system rather than game.
An issue affecting a handful of people out of millions of FC players is one that we need to close off any and all other causes. Our team fully investigates reports of issues like this but from what you've posted the sound is not coming from the game as once all sound is muted nothing will output.
I'm not trying to brush you off, just setting the expectation that almost any time we see an issue like this that only affects a handful of people it's generally been found to be an issue outside of the game.

When I say mute all in game sounds i mean turning the tv volume down. All i know is the issue only appears in rush, online draft, fut champs and rivals. Surely if it was a system issue it would effect every mode as the ps5 won't know the difference between the modes. Its only while playing online. Again the same sounds as being in the menu of fc and adjusting sliders or changing the settings. Why is it only fc26 thats effected?
I apologise for any frustration but when you buy a game everyone should be able to play it. It wasnt in the beta which i played. Its only in the full game. There is 100% a bug in your game thats causing this annoying clicking in online game modes. Do I need to provide more proof? I can upload it from the PlayStation to youtube so you can see it in its original format.
Hi I have reflected on your response and it feels like ive been brushed under the carpet. Customer service should be delivered to make every customer feel like you have done your absolute best to help the customer...for example Amazon customer service. They dont turn you back because not every customer has experienced the issue. They will assist and assist to find the best solution for you as a customer. But with your response It looks like loads of people need my issue before ill even be listened too, which is so unfair. I PAID for a service I cant use and all you said was mute the game sounds which doesnt even fix the issue. The sound shouldn't be happening but it is. Constant clicking while playing online games in fc is the worst thing ever. I had fc25 and it wasn't there. Fc26 its there....what changed? Please Ea darko can you just forward my case to someone high up. Paying 69.99 for a game I can only play 50% is not fair.
Hi EA_Darko I have included the exact sound that happens when you click things on fc26. Just to eliminate that its not the system thats making the sound. Rather your game. And ill confirm the sound is only while playing online. I really hope you can do something because I personally feel you dont care. I could be wrong but its absolutely horrible living with misophonia and the one thing I loved was playing football...especially online with my friends and I cant do it unless I turn my tv volume off so I cant hear the constant clicking. I want to enjoy the crowd, the sounds the game makes when you score, the commentary etc. Please please darko do something. So I can actually enjoy playing with my friends again.
In my ps5 pro is the same like Louis1210 said, the most of it is when the opposite player pause the game and came back, looks like they doing something in connection, after that start the "click" sound. EA must change the quit option from against player when you find a opposite player to play the game(35 secs to choose screen), they do a glitch internet and game get slow/lag and unplayable

Hey all, as mentioned previously we have raised this with the team, if there is an update we will let you know. It may not be what you want to hear but it is the truth.
When something like this occurs we need to troubleshoot it and rule things out. It's annoying and may feel like we don't care but the fact that I've been in here replying and trying to pinpoint the cause shows I do.
That we are not seeing many reports of this and that when playing ourselves we are not able to recreate the issue then we need to explore all avenues.
A lot of issues that people experience in-game are often caused by console or PC or some settings issues. Because of this, we need to take the time to look into it. Generally a bug like this would see hundreds if not thousands of reports so when we have a single report or a handful then it is almost always an issue on the user side. This is generally a good thing as troubleshooting often fixes it.
If you look at the similar issues you linked they are different to what you experience, they mention issues with lag and connection which is not something you are experiencing. That you are not seeing the same issue would mean that you are experiencing a different issue. It's all about trying to identify the cause and rule things out to get you back into your game as fast as we can.
