Yes I totally get that but I just wondered if you received my latest video and forwarded it which was my concern.
Ive always thought if you assist with customers of your product that in terms is customer service....e.g someone asks for help and you as a member of the company are there to support that customer with their concerns. That has always been customer service / customer support.
Look i do appreciate your help. Its just so frustrating to buy a product that you cant fully utilise because of the faults / glitches in game that effects someone's medical issues. In all the years playing games ive never experienced this before.
