It is often the case that widespread issues turn out to be user side and not game related. It's about troubleshooting and looking for the cause or what the people having issues have in common hardware side for example.

I got the same problem.
Im playing ea fc on my pc with an original Xbox Controller (Wireless).
If I’m not in a game, all the time my controller vibrates. What should I do to resolve the problem? It can’t be a Solution that i have to use a Cable and Xbox Accessories App to disable the complete Vibration of the Controler?

Update:
The problem exists not all the time.
Sometimes the problem is solved after playing a game in my career.
After another match the problem comes sometimes back.
