Controller Stops Working Mid-Game
Hi EA,
For the past 2 weeks mid-game my controller will stop working and receiving inputs. I will have to press pause with the ESC key on the keyboard (PC) and disconnect and connect again, 20% of the time it will fix it, while 80% of the time it won't and I will eventually get an inactive countdown and get disconnected because it stops reading my movement.
I have lost Champions games like that, Rivals streaks, Tournament finals and Draft finals. It is so annoying, please look into it. Some more context is after the match ends some times it won't let me search for a new match and say "Only the account associated with the Ultimate Team can start a match" (Something along those lines)
For more context:
1. I use a SCUF Xbox controller.
2. I have tried a second generic Xbox controller and multiple different cables. (Even bought a new one thinking that was the issue.)
3. I don't have any weird setup or drivers.
4. I play on 1440p
5. I play on Fullscreen
6. I bought on the EA App
7. In other EA App games like Battlefield 6 the controller works fine during hours on end.
Please fix this as soon as possible it has become impossible to enjoy and feel rewarded because after 4 or 5 games in a tourney or on Rivals (let alone Champions) I will lose a game just because of that.
Hopefully you can look into it and reply so I know this is not being ignored.
