Crashing FIfa FC 26 EA APP

Are you getting any errors when the game crashes? If so, could you share a screenshot of what they say?

It'd also be handy if you could share a DxDiag. Hopefully that'll give me an idea of what's going wrong with your system. 🙂

There is no error message, the game just crashes and returns to the desktop.

Here is mine it is happening to me, reinstalled the game about 3 times, ran the game as admin, put the whole game file under a firewall exclusion and nothing is working, only been happening for the past few days after a month of it being fine

I have been experiencing the same issues for over a month now. Exact same issue.

Could you start by following our graphical troubleshooting article as well as our crashing and freezing article? They both have troubleshooting steps that are amazing places to start when you're having crashing issues like this, and hopefully one of the steps in them will solve the issue for you. 🙂

Can you please help, my game has been crashing/freezing since I bought it last year. I've tried all the solutions in the guides. I've been keeping up to date with possible solutions in forums. Nothing is working. The freezing is constant and it's accompanied by a loud scratchy static sound and the game crashes or I have to manually power off my laptop. I'm using an RTX 4070 Gpu with 8gb Vram , 16gb ram

Hello, ive done as said in the articles but nothing has fixed it, for me its only started happening over the past week or so. Maybe since the update? the closing of my game leaves no crash logs or anything.
