If that happens, paste the full content to me, including the Session ID, so I can take a look.
If that doesn't happen, you can get your session ID from the registry:
Can you go to your Windows Registry and pull the following session information for me?
- Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EA\AC
- Key: LastSessionId, provide the full string in the "Data" column.
- Key: LastServiceSessionId, provide the full in the "Data" column.
