Create A Player Career Issue...

This is on PS5 Pro.  I created two players for career and have had no problem editing features, kit, etc.  I just went to create a third player, and while doing so, noticed that the "Head" section now has issues.  I cannot open this section to change or edit that.  The other creation segments work fine, but I'm unable to move to any boxes or open up anything where I can edit the features, etc.  The Kit section and other creation sections work fine, and I can scroll through those for what I want, but the controller is basically dead for the Head section.  I used two different controllers, both plugged in and wireless, and nothing works.  I also noticed I cannot edit the Head section for my two created players, either.  Not sure when this went out, since I created my 2 other players soon after game launch.  Please check into this and fix it.  Other than that, I love FC25.  Thanks in advance for any help!
