[CRITICAL LOGIC ERROR] Premium Season Pass: Lvl 13/19 Rewards are LOCKED

Hi Team,

I am reporting a critical logic error in the Season Pass Premium progression that is being ignored by Email Support.

I have progressed to Level 39 in the current Season Pass. However, the specific rewards for Level 13 (Ruud Gullit) and Level 19 (Lothar Matthäus) of the "ICONS/Heroes" for Career Mode appear LOCKED in my account.

Why I need urgent help:

It is a Mathematical Impossibility: Email support keeps closing my case stating I "did not meet the criteria". If I am Level 39, I have mathematically surpassed levels 13 and 19.

Contradictory Support: While Live Chat admitted this is a known bug/glitch, Email Support sends automated templates denying the claim.

I have paid for the Premium Pass and invested the time to grind to Level 39. Please review the attached screenshots proving my Level vs. the Locked content. I need a manual entitlement fix, not an automated response.
