Dear EA Sports Support Team,
I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience with EA SPORTS FC™ 26. During a Squad Battle match, I was leading with a score of 3-2. However, after the match ended, I was unexpectedly disconnected from Ultimate Team, and the result was not counted. Additionally, the player I was working on upgrading did not receive the upgrade. Instead, the match was recorded as 0-0, despite my winning score of 3-2. This situation is unfair, and I kindly request that the correct result be restored and that the player upgrade be applied.
