Demotion

I have just won a game then after instead of recieving coins I had a message that said you weren't able to process my rewards then logged me out of ultimate team. Right after I logged back in my screen appeared with a message saying my DNF modifier has been reduced, then when I went back into division rivals. I found out I went down a stage instead of going back up one.
