Didnt get a win i should get

Hi ive got an issue . While playing fut champions i noticed that my opponent doesnt have arrows above the player he controls . I found it weird but didnt think much about it . I was winning 5-2 in the 75th minute when i scored a goal that would have made it 6-2 and in that moment it showed an error which appeared for a split second and i could only see mismatch on it and then an error that said the result will be analyzed . And i havent gotten a win . And I wanted to ask what can i do about beacause i find it very unfair that i was winning by a load of goals and it didnt count
