Disconnecting from EA servers

Question

When I was playing the promotion battle to reach division 2 , I won 7-2, but as soon as the match ended, the server disconnected and the match was counted as a loss. Therefore, I didn't get to division 2 . Please find a solution to this problem and put me in division 2 . This isn't the first time this has happened; it's happened to me many times especially in fut champions. Again, please but me in division 2 in rivals.

Hi there. We're aware of an issue with Gauntlet matches where a disconnect can occur at the end of a match. However, if this is happening at other times, it's possible you hit the security limits by playing a high amount of games over a short amount of time. If that's the case, please wait about 24 hours for matches to normally complete again.
