Doesn’t let me play UT
When I press on the UT it gives me a message saying “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will be now returned to the main menu.” Please help.

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Try using the web/companion app to delete all your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to UT again. Let me know how it goes.
