EA 26 Freezing and not loading!

Hi there, EA26 pre-order is not loading. I am able to make a few inititial selections but after I use my Club Badge, it freezes and nothing happens. Very disappointing, any suggestions. I have tried...

Hey there! Have you already tried deleting the existing game settings/save file to see if the game will open? Are you also able to test it on a different profile on your console?

What’s up with the ultimate team servers? I can get into the game sometime but other times I’m just on a frozen screen.
