i cannot connect to the web app no matter what i do or what device i use it just says there was a problem connecting to the ea account servers

Mate we can connect to the game. Just cant find matching and the lobbies are broken in pro clubs. Any chance you boys fix it? Or compensate us? Or refund?
Hahaha, compensation, refund, ea actually fixing it. Are you high. They have your money, they don't care what happens after that. Hopefully the new owners will fix this shower of **bleep**.
