EA app error on buying FC26

Today, I tried (twice) to purchase the Ultimate Loyalty Edition of FC26 (which has the 10% discount) from inside EA App and received an error each time I attempted to make the payment (see attached photo). I even reinstalled the app once, but to the same error when wanted to buy.

In previous years, I had no issues when purchasing the same version.
