EA FC 26 **bleep** Objectives
For the past few days I’ve been trying to resolve an issue I’ve found, like many others, whilst paying the new EA FC 26 game on Xbox series S. There’s an objective in the Ultimate Team game mode named “Path to Pro” me and others in the EA FC community are unable to claim the rewards even after completing all the needed objectives. This is frustrating as the main reward is a 1 of 3 Max. 86 TOTW Player - Item Pick (Untradeable) for completing the objective group. Within this objective you are required to fully complete 6 other objective groups. Having completed all 6, and getting my rewards from them. The last group titled “Diving In” is rehearsing as incomplete. Therefore both me and many others are unable to claim these rewards, giving other players who are able to, a potential unfair advantage as they have greater access to potential better cards to improve gameplay, the pinnacle of the Ultimate TEAM game mode.
In attempt to combat this, I had restarted my game, signed in and out and reset my console multiple times. Having not worked after various attempts over a day. I decried to contact EA Help. I had opened a case and it was stated to be ongoing 24/09/25. However now on 26/09/25, it says “resolved”. I’m unsure what exactly has been resolved as I’ve had no contact with EA other than to inform me of my case number, the regular email procedure. I can find any more information on this and it’s aggravating the amount of time it’s taking, and that I am spending to gains something others have got perfectly fine.
I’m writing this in hope to get a direct response and have the issue fixed for all players hopefully. Some compensation some sort is also to be expected as this is completely out of our control. Can anybody at EA help me with this issue?
