EA FC 26 LAGGING VERY BAD AFTER SECOND HALF IN A MATCH

So i have this problem since the launch of the game. I enter in a match, no matter if its in ultimate team or in kickoff, and then, after the second half, the game starts lagging(1-2fps) and becomes unplayable. I ve tried to put the refresh rate on 60hz and the frame rate on 60fps, even to optimize the game from nvidia app, but still no chance to solve it.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!
