EA FC 26 Pro Clubs owner change

My buddy can´t reconnect to his ea fc account. He bought the game new and could join our pro clubs team. The problem is that my buddys old account was also the general owner/manager of our team and now we aren´t able to do new upgrades to the club. We don´t wanna lose all of our stats and progress we made along the way. That´s why we don´t wanna create a new club, any help pls.
