Hi, I have pre-ordered the ultimate edition and have EA play, once I loaded the trial and finally got on it’s only giving me News, learn to play and Upgrade…
I already have the full pre-order installed and even when I click upgrade it gives me an error.
Same here, they need to acknowledge this and fix it asap, it's almost like they don't even know about this issue
its been 12 hours there's no way they dont know about it
They haven't even addressed it in anyway shape or form yet, it's terrible

Did you get in the game yet?
have you tried to uninstall game and then reinstall. This sometimes works for these issues.
I had this issue and uninstalled the game in hope of reinstalling but it is saying i need to pay again
