Lag, Game Freeze and disconnect on PS5

Hey team. I have been experiencing a lot of issues for the past 2-3 days on ps5. For the game to load into UT it freezes, completing the sbc it freezes. Especially when i see the loading fc triange if i play a game it freezes at the end and i loose the game. And even for discarding players in the transfer area it freezes. It is almost been almost unplayable. Its a but fustrating. I have reset my internet and router. As well re installed and fixed database. Please need assistance thanks
