EA FC 26 ultimate download preorder
hi, we pre-ordered FC 26 ultimate edition. When my son tries to download it on his Xbox One it says it’s not compatible… Is that because we are trying to download it early as apparently it gets released tomorrow?

The ultimate edition comes with both the Xbox one version and the Series X version, are you sure you're trying with the right version?
