Are you only getting issues with laggy menus in Ultimate Team? Are the other game modes ok?

hey, im having the same problem. the menu is lagging when i enter ultimate team mode and when i play a game its lagging to and is getting worse but after some games maybe it fixes but still lagging. It was good always, i have never had this before. could you tell me how to fix it?
